How to prepare for your virtual sound bath.

Find A Quiet Space.

If possible, choose a quiet space in your home or workspace where you’re less likely to be interrupted. Set a glass of water or tea nearby.

Get Comfy.

If you decide on a seated posture, choose a chair with a flat supportive back that will allow your feet to ground firmly on the floor. If you prefer a reclined posture, lie on a yoga mat or a daybed with your head supported by a pillow. Covering yourself with a blanket in either posture is a good idea.

Silky Smooth.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Natural materials like cotton, linen, or silk will breathe organically, along with you.

Awaken The Senses.

Lighting incense or using an essential oil diffuser can support meditation by further engaging the senses.

Tech Friendly.

Wired headphones are helpful. These will assist your ears in registering the vibrations of each instrument.

Bedroom Eyes.

An eye mask is nice, but totally optional. You may also simply close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Stretch.
